What is the average delivery time of an order?

We carefully and quickly ship your order from our nursery in the Netherlands within 1–2 business days. Within Europe, you can usually expect your order within 1–3 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. For orders over €75, we ship your order free of charge within the Netherlands! We deliver throughout Europe. For shipments within the EU, we apply different rates. These depend on the prices of local carriers. The exact shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process as soon as you enter the delivery address and country where the order should be sent.

What payment options are available in the webshop?

At World of Dutch Flowers & Plants B.V. we find it important that you can shop and pay worry-free. That is why we offer a wide range of safe and user-friendly payment methods in our webshop.

You can easily pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Billie, Trustly, S€PA and Bancontact. Additionally, you can choose Klarna or Riverty to buy now and pay later, or use MobilePay for a quick and easy payment via your mobile device.

Whichever payment method you choose, we ensure a reliable and secure processing of your payment, so you can enjoy our flowers and plants with peace of mind.

Can I add a personal message for the recipient to my order?

You can add a personal message for the recipient. You do this during the ordering process. Don't forget to include the recipient's email address, then we will ensure that this personal message including the track & trace code is neatly sent to the recipient by email. There are no extra costs associated with sending a personal message. Just a nice, extra service from us for you!

How are the flowers & plants shipped?

The flowers and plants are packed in special boxes, allowing them to be transported safely. We can transport plants up to 3 meters in height when packed. Most orders are delivered via PostNL, GLS, or DPD. Larger plant species are delivered to the customer with special carriers.

I received my flowers or plants damaged, what should I do?

The flowers and plants are packed in special boxes to ensure safe transport. Unfortunately, things can sometimes go wrong. If you receive a damaged item, we ask you to take photos of the damage within 3 days, including a photo showing the entire item, as well as photos of the box in which the item was packed and the shipping label. Please send these by email, including your order number. You can send this email to support@worldofdutchflowersandplants.com with the subject: "Damaged item received." We will then come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible!

World of Dutch Flowers & Plants finds its origin in the Netherlands, in the heart of the bulb region: Lisse. This region, known as the Dune and Bulb Region, is in full bloom every spring with millions of colorful flowers. Inspired by this unique environment, Inge and Geert came up with the idea to offer both consumers and businesses a special flower and plant experience.

They developed an online platform where the world of flowers and plants comes to life — with a wide assortment for every taste and occasion. Thanks to close collaborations with growers and suppliers, all products are delivered directly from the source, from the bulb field to your home.
