    ‘Passiflora caerulea’ is a climbing plant with beautiful ivory-white to bluish passion flowers. This is the most well-known species because it is best suited for our climate and is fairly hardy in winter. From June to September, you can expect flowers on the passiflora. The passion flower is a true fair-weather bloomer. On warm days with plenty of light/sun, the buds will open. On somewhat colder and darker days, few flowers will open. It is a true climber and therefore likes some support when growing, such as a trellis or fence.
