‘Wisteria floribunda Alba’ also known as white wisteria is a white-flowered variant of the blue wisteria. This species grows and blooms in the same way as the blue wisteria, but is just a bit more exclusive! It is a climbing plant with beautiful, very long, hanging flower clusters that appear massively in May-June. There can also be a second bloom in September. It is a fast-growing climbing plant that can reach a maximum height of 10 meters. To keep the wisteria in the best shape, it is best to guide it along a pergola, fence, or trellis. Make sure to provide sturdy support to which the branches can be attached and it can climb towards the sun. Additionally, it is important to regularly prune the plant during growth or in early spring. Preferably prune twice a year.
